The careers programme is continuously being updated, new provisions are being implemented at all times.  In addition to whole year group provisions we offer targeted programmes for selected pupils, this helps create a meaningful programme that fully understands the needs of individual students.

Pupils, parents, teachers and employers can access information from the website or directly from the careers lead (Sabah Iqbal).

How the school measures and assesses the impact of the careers programme on pupils.

We will continually review our careers strategy in school, and we will seek feedback from pupils, parents and staff about activities and events offered in school in relation to the career’s strategy. The school will also measure the success of its achievement against the Gatsby Benchmarks using the online self-evaluation tool compass, which has been developed by Gatsby and Careers and Enterprise Company.

The date of the schools next review of the information published

The school will review its careers policy annually, details of this will be updated on the careers page of the school’s website.
