Behaviour
We are committed to ensuring high standards of student behaviour and attitudes not only towards their earning but to school life and their school community.
An orderly but happy and efficient environment contributes to the well-being of everyone in the school and requires the co-operation of all. All students can achieve great things and to focus on being the best possible version of ourselves. To do this we expect a high level of respect for each other. This applies to student’s when they are at school, travelling to and from school, representing the school in sports and other activities, and when they are taking part in school visits and trips. We expect our students to:
- Attend school every day
- Be on time all the time
- Be ready to learn by being fully equipped and smartly dressed in their uniform
- Have a positive response to each other and staff
- Be on task
We take pride in our appearance and expect all students to do so in themselves and look after their school environment. Our expectations replicate the expectations that will be needed in the wider world.
