    Year 7 Parents Evening

    16:00 - 19:00

1. Beckfoot Trust Schools are working hard to ensure those entitled to free school meals get the necessary support. Please be aware that there are a number of scammers trying to exploit this situation and follow the Government guidance that states:

‘We have been informed that some parents have received an email stating the following: ‘As schools will be closing, if you’re entitled to free school meals, please send your bank details and we’ll make sure you’re supported’.

We can confirm that this is a scam email and is not official. We urge parents that if you receive any emails like this, please do not respond, and delete it immediately.

2. Please be aware that due to the huge demand currently experienced, Show My Homework and some other online platforms that we use to set home learning activities are not always accessible. This is affecting both you at home and our teachers who are preparing learning activities for our students. Please try again at a quieter time. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Following the Prime Minister's address last night (23.03.2020), it is now even more important to only send your child to school if you absolutely have to as a last resort. In all cases, if you are able to, please keep your child at home. Thank you for your support.

We will continue to update you with information as it becomes available.
