Ms Donald and Mr Troughton are excited to share the schedule of events (so far!) for Beckfoot Thornton Radio.

With an enthusiastic team made up of some of our original pupils from last year and budding new presenters, we have already shared our top tips for success (Back to School Special) in Beckfoot Thornton and shared advice for the new starters in Year 7.
In a spooky Halloween special, we have reviewed our favourite Halloween films (Halloween Special 1) and discussed the plans we made for everyone's favourite scary holiday (Halloween Special 2)
Coming up:
We will be delving into Northern Lights (Northern Lights - Book Club Podcast) and The Dark is Rising (The Dark is Rising Podcast), sharing our predictions and talking about our favourite characters (Favourite Characters - Book Club Podcast) that we have met so far in Book Club.
In our final podcast of 2022, we will be spreading the Christmas cheer and talking all things festive!

School is back! So is our Radio Club!
Presenters, content creators, technical support? There are various roles involved with a radio production. If you are interested or just curious, the club is in H7 every Tuesday after school. Speak to Ms Donald or Mr Troughton for further information.

The radio team, staff and students alike, wish Miss Tariq a fond farewell and huge thanks for her time with Beckfoot Thornton Radio.
With that, we would also like welcome Mr Troughton on board to the Radio team.
